Watch Outs

Take out contacts at night to let your eyes breathe.

Do not sleep in your lenses unless your
doctor says it's OK. Your corneas
need to breathe overnight.

Avoiding showering or swimming in contact lenses.

Avoid showering, swimming or going into a hot tub while wearing your lenses.

If you wear contacts, it’s a good idea to have a pair of backup glasses.

Keep a backup pair of glasses just in case.

Yearly eye exams are important for monitoring the health of your eyes.

Don't forget to schedule a yearly eye exam.
